AB Staffing is looking for an experienced
Speech Language Pathologist
that is available for the 2024/2025 school year.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech, or Speech Audiology. National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services. Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours, travel as needed, and engage actively in the role. Job Description:
Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location Contract through the 2024/2025 school year - 37.5 to 40 hours per week

Contract follows the academic district calendar Position Overview:
Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.
Essential Functions:
Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals. Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development. Salary:
