Alabama - UrologyPractice Details:• Join 4 MD's• Reason for recruitment: Growth and potential retirement• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) - integrated EMR system• between clinic and hospital including imaging.Clinic Details/Practice Support:• Administrative Support Staff• Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them.Schedule/Volume:• Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12• Anticipated volume - Average 25-35 patients/day• Mix of patients• Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time• Both, but eligible for block time after 6 months• Surgical Robotics available• Call: 1 in 5 call• Hospital Call/ER Call? 1 in 5 call
Compensation Package Overview:• Base Salary with 3-year guarantee• Quarterly production bonus wRVU• Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc.• Generous sign-on• Relocation package• Twenty days Earned Time Off• Five days for Continuing Medical Education• $5,000.00 for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications)• Hospital Employed

New Physician Marketing Strategy• Schedule Photo Shoot for Press Kit• Intro Video Taping, Craft Media Release• Print Items created (Rack/Bio Cards) and help develop relations with other referring providers within Jackson Hospital and the Community.• Service Line Ads (mags, social media, billboard, media screens, etc.)
