The Finance and Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational aspects of the company, ensuring its continued growth and success. Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and operations rolesAt least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position within the consulting industrySkills and CompetenciesStrong financial acumen and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in financial modeling and analysisStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with ERP systems and financial softwareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBenefits
