Our Mercy Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team consists of 6 physicians, 6 advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.Mercy Southeast Orthopedics and Sports MedicineContracted team physicians for NCAA D1 Southeast Missouri State University's athletics (OVC) and nationally recognized performing arts program, Cape Catfish prospect league baseball team, and 12 local high schools.Brand New: Center for Integrated Services, featuring a full Orthopedics and Sports Medicine program.In-office x-ray and casting.Strong referral base from Mercy's primary care physicians.Excellent variety of cases and a diverse patient population.System-wide Epic EMR.This Position Offers:Integrated health system with a competitive income guarantee and productivity-based model to follow.Comprehensive, day one benefits including health, dental, vision and CME.Retirement plans available with employer contribution and matching options.Relocation package and professional liability coverage provided.As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).This location is eligible for J1 waiver and H1B sponsorship.Welcome to Cape Girardeau, Missouri:Located in between St. Louis and Memphis, along the Mississippi River and Interstate 55, Cape Girardeau maintains a family-friendly hometown vibe and offers endless activities throughout our growing community.
