Are you ready to create procurement strategies and drive transformative change within a dynamic organization? We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager that will have a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing RV's procurement strategy and processes. This position entails leading Red Ventures' procurement team, including spearheading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing a team of procurement professionals.
What You'll Do:
Manage all procurement functions, ensuring alignment with Red Ventures' business strategyOversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals of existing contracts and onboarding for vendors/suppliers into RV's procurement processCollaborate with key internal stakeholders including legal, accounting, and compliance to ensure procurement processes are efficient, transparent and effectivePartner with tech and business leaders to ensure costs are appropriately allocatedIdentify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings by analyzing company-wide spending patternsImplement procurement strategies to ensure compliance standards are met and maximize value for the organization's investmentsProvide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, efficiency, and innovationWhat We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience in ProcurementDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in senior roles and managing direct reports.Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts and high-stakes negotiationsStrong analytical capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong team player who can demonstrate ability to work in a cross functional environmentContinuous improvement mindsetStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in procurement software and systemsAdditionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.
