About the role:

We have multiple positions available with different age groups and student populations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assess students' speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans.

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs.

Develop goals and conducts assessments in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.

Have a passion for supporting complex communicators and utilize a flexible approach.

Willingness to collaborate and engage with all key stakeholders including colleagues, school administration, and caregivers.

Ensures that evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery strictly adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines.

Embraces additional responsibilities that contribute to our collective mission.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is preferred.

A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) through ASHA.

A valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
