Job Description Seeking a Clinical Nurse I (Recent RN graduate with less than 1 year of experience) Full-time Nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for: Assessment and Reassessment: Perform assessments and reassessments based on patient needs. Collect data from all sources to assist in formulating a nursing diagnosis. Plan of Care: Develop an individualized Plan of Care based on patient assessment. Set mutual, realistic, and measurable goals. Document the Plan of Care thoroughly in the patient's record. Coordination and Direction: Coordinate and direct available resources and personnel to develop and follow the Plan of Care. Treatment and Interventions: Perform treatments, including medication administration, as ordered by the physician. Carry out nursing interventions in accordance with the Plan of Care. Evaluation and Revision: Evaluate the patient's response to treatments and interventions through reassessment. Revise the Plan of Care as necessary. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an approved Nursing School. Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Maryland. Certifications: BLS Provider: Completed. ACLS Provider: Completion within 1 year of employment (ICU/IMC, PACU, Interventional Radiology, GI Lab, ED). PALS Provider: Completion within 1 year of employment (PACU, Emergency Department). Skills: Interpersonal/Communication: Strong positive interpersonal and communication skills. Supervisory: Effective supervisory skills.
