Terrapin Station Entertainment (TSE),

a division of Sony Music Masterworks based in Los Angeles, CA, is an artist management and tour production company dedicated to helping unique musicians and brands capitalize on their core audience and shine in the cultural mainstream. TSE looks to further drive career advancement for its roster of dynamic developing artists and looks to curate and spearhead a range of live productions, including licensed tours and events adapted from popular multi-platform family brands.

We are looking for an

Associate Director, Finance , who will actively shape and manage the accounting and financial structure, reporting mechanisms and day-to-day, monthly and annual financial activities of TSE and its subsidiaries. The role is an integral part of the TSE Senior Team, providing strategic financial support.

The position will report directly to the CEO of TSE and the CFO Masterworks Live. The position will work very closely with the Sony Music Masterworks Finance team and other Sony Music teams. This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking a hands-on, pro-active role as they look to take their financial career to the next level, with scope to progress at a growing and very entrepreneurial division.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

California Pay Range

$105,000-$120,000 USD
