Location: Montgomery County, Home & Clinic Settings available
We are a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help our clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives. We are looking for experienced RBT's to provide ABA services in homes & clinic within the Montgomery County area.
Responsibilities:- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or clinic- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families
Qualifications:
-RBT certification required- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
