Family Medicine Physician - Riverdale, Georgia

- Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician- Make an impact on seeing the underserved population- Riverdale, GA is a southern suburb of Atlanta- Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position- Monday - Friday No nights, no weekends- Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest-
