is looking for a Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager to join our growing sales department. You'll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

Work directly with our dedicated Lincoln employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.Created a memorable client experience with every client that enters to store.Occasionally attend offsite event for increased brand awareness.Manage the new and used vehicle inventory including dealer tradesProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsHelp manage all other aspects of the sales departmentDesk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR carsManage and oversee Internet Lead ProcessREQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredHave a minimum of 12 months F&I experience and 12 months of highend retail experiencePrior automotive sales managerial experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsUnderstanding of inventory controlStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)ProfessionalStrong work ethicCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
