We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. This role is perfect for leaders with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. The selected candidate will undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program, tailored to equip them with the necessary skills for successful restaurant management. This training is designed to provide a deep dive into every aspect of our operation, from kitchen to dining room, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of our business model.
Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit and promote Haywire's culture through a dynamic, high-energy, and service-oriented attitude.Actively manage food and beverage (F&B) operations to ensure excellence in service quality, interacting with guests and staff to foster a positive dining experience.Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, employing creative problem-solving to offer robust solutions.Lead by example, continuously cross-training, developing, and mentoring team members to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.Conduct pre-shift meetings, keeping the team informed of key business updates, operational changes, and special events.Oversee daily reservations, ensuring special occasions and guest notes are communicated and celebrated.Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing development of new team members.Manage weekly staffing schedules to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.Assist in ordering supplies as directed by the General Manager, contributing to the effective management of inventory and resources.Support the General Manager with weekly inventory counts, ensuring proper organization and stock levels.Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality, ensuring compliance with company recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.Compile and submit payroll reports, documentation, and other required information to the corporate office accurately and promptly.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding labor, health, and safety standards.Ideal Candidate:
