Pre-litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney . This is a great opportunity for a "go-getter" to join a collaborative team that has a passion for representing injured clients.
Background:Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury casesAbility to oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers and a team of assistants and departments including property damage, records, demands, negotiations and lien negotiationsTake charge of all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring proper working up of cases by case managersCollaborate on case evaluation, strategizing, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain the maximum possible settlement for our clientsAdmitted in CABenefits
