Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/FinanceAdvanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and lookups)SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiencyExperience with different ERPs (SAP or Oracle) is a plusExperience in budgeting software (Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus
Finance Manager duties:
Provide analysis support for leadership to improve visibility and to drive decision makingDevelop, standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports using different reporting tools and data sourcesDrive centrialization for ERP Projects to capture the projects highlights, risks and opportunitiesDocument changes in project scope for financial implicationsContinuous Improvement activities in reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency and best practiceWork with IT Finance team on various projects (Dashboard, policies, etc.)
