We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join the team at our successful commercial real estate management and investment company. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for a diverse set of tasks related to the management and preservation of our commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities
Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
Prepare Property Condition reports
Prepare and maintain lists of property characteristics
Audit monthly Lease Summary reports
Track and follow-up on submittal of tenant-required reports and documentation
Assist with creation of promotional materials for vacant properties
Assist with lease and sale documentation
Assist with annual business plans for real estate assets
Assist Property Manager on special projects
Assist Chief Operating Officer on special projects
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven working experience in property management
Bachelor's degree required
Good working knowledge of Excel required
Understanding of real estate law and leasing practices preferred
Up-to-date on the local real estate market
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, working vehicle and a valid driver's license required
