Nuvance Health is seeking a full-time Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work collaboratively with our Pelvic Floor therapy team to develop a Comprehensive Physical Therapy Program. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to provide evidence-based physical therapy assessment and treatment for patients with complex pelvic floor disorders that include but are not limited to the following: Vulvodynia/Vulvar disorders, Pregnancy/Postpartum, Cancer-related Musculoskeletal Dysfunction, Dyspareunia/Sexual Pain, Chronic Pelvic Pain, and Bowel and Bladder Dysfunction as well at orthopedic conditions.

Minimum of one year of experience in pelvic health physical therapy. Completion of at least 1 specialty courses related to pelvic health physical therapy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduated from an accredited physical therapy school with a B.S. or M.S. degree.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in pelvic health physical therapy. Completion of at least 1 specialty courses related to pelvic health physical therapy.

License: New York State license or eligibility with temporary permit.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FACTORS

Physical: Medium, occasional heavy lifting. On feet most of the day.
