Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ramping up utilization and managing a successful childcare center. This role requires a passionate leader who can ensure the highest standards of care and education while driving enrollment and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere for children, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
Build strong relationships with families, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and maximize utilization.
Plan and execute marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote the center and attract new families.
Qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
At least one year of Center Director experience (highly preferred) or three or more years of center leadership/management experience (required).
Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
Proficiency in using childcare management software and other relevant technology.
Experience in a childcare management role, with a focus on increasing utilization.
Candidates with experience in launching a new location will be highly regarded.
