Geriatric Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only - St. Louis, Missouri

- Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician- Outpatient responsibilities only- Full-time permanent position- Monday - Friday- No nights, no weekends- Small patient panels for consistency and focus- 12-15 patients per day- Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes- Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest-
