The Director of Nutritional Services is responsible for overseeing all functions of Nutritional Service, which includes Clinical, Patient Services, Retail and Catering Operations. Maintains a safe work environment for all associates; food and equipment safety. Collaborates with the Administration to establish expectations, plans, priorities, budgets and regulatory compliance. Ensures education of and compliance with policies and procedures and department goals and objectives for employees. Fosters performance improvement and employee engagement.Qualifications:Licensed or Registered Dietitian-NIMS training within six (6) monthsServe Safe Certification within ninety (90) days of hireMinimum of seven (7) years Managerial or Director-level experience in healthcare related food service fieldAbout Steward Health Care
