SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Provision Healthcare, LLC, ProNova Solutions, LLC, Provision Health Services, LLC are leading innovators in the medical device industry and in providing healthcare services and are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services, leading-edge technology and patient-driven products and services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our executive team and help drive our financial strategy, particularly in raising capital and, if necessary, in preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise capital and provide shareholder liquidity. The CFO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The CFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and long-term objectives. This individual will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in raising capital, developing partnerships, experience in leading an IPO, and a proven track record in the healthcare services and medical device industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Strategy and PlanningDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy.Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Provide strategic financial input to senior management and the board of directors.Capital Raising and IPO Preparation

Identify and secure various sources of capital to fund company growth, including equity, debt, and other financing options.Lead the company through the IPO process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Work closely with investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors to prepare necessary documentation and filings.Financial Management and Reporting

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory requirements.Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to ensure financial stability.Investor Relations

Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.Prepare and present financial information to the investment community.Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to shareholders.Operational Leadership

Oversee the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations.JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; an MBA degree and CPA experience are preferredProven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the medical device, healthcare services, or related industryDemonstrated experience in raising capital through equity and debt financing; public and privateStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirementsExperience in QuickBooks Enterprise preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of integrity, dependability and results-orientationMust be a cultural fitMust have a strong desire for personal growth
