Job Description:As a Senior Plant Finance & Accounting professional at Procter & Gamble, you will take on a senior role with broader responsibilities in supporting the financial operations of the manufacturing sites. You will conduct detailed financial analyses, manage fixed assets, and oversee site governance and stewardship activities. Your expertise in financial analysis, budget management, and collaboration will contribute to effective financial operations and decision-making at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify cost optimization opportunities.Manage medium sized projects to drive the businessMonitor fixed assets and ensure accurate accounting records.Oversee site governance and stewardship activities to maintain compliance with financial policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives and drive performance improvements.Assist in budget management for the manufacturing site.Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.Mentor and develop junior members of the team (if applicable).Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling.Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations is preferred.Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.Job ScheduleFull time
