Supply Chain Project Manager

Reporting to the Director of Security in Lenovo's Global Supply Chain Strategy & Operations department, this candidate will take the lead on driving our One Lenovo Security Strategy across functions within Global Supply Chain, IT Security Management, Product Security, Physical Security, and the CSO-Corporate Security Office. In addition to driving Lenovo's Supply Chain Security strategy, the candidate will also take on a Project Management role critical to achieving several industry security standards such as ISO and NIST. We're looking for a strong project manager with experience in supply chain who's interested in learning more about several areas of supply chain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Protect Lenovo Supply Chain and assets through the development and implementation of security protocolsEnsure Global Supply Chain staff follow security procedures through the guidelines and training programs provided annuallyPartner with the Incident Management team from the CSO to manage any security breach or incident as they ariseProject Management leader for various security-related improvements implementing security strategy and ISO/NIST certificationsDevelop processes to ensure chain of custody and protect against maliciously tainted goodsWith the assistance of the corporate data security team, implement programs to safeguard data and eliminate vulnerabilities within Lenovo networks located in the Global Supply Chain facilitiesExecute Security KPI's and report progress monthly to CSOResearch into advanced security technologies and advancements in security services
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Corporate security roleProject Management experience and ability to drive a cross-functional teamBA degree required; MBA preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary training in security is preferredPrevious experience implementing ISO certificationsWorking knowledge of industry security technologiesExperience with cybersecurity best practices and threat preventionStrong communication and organization skills with attention to detail
