What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: 10%

Surgical Procedures Required:Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy

General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements:Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube

General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements: Hearing Evaluation, Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures

Endoscopic Procedures Required:Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible, Bronchoscopy - Rigid, Laryngoscopy

Facial Surgery Procedures Required:Rhinoplasty, Facial Fractures, Skin Grafts/Flaps

Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
