Service CenterCSCS TXJob Summary:Responsible for coaching center teammates in repairs and estimations resulting in attaining and maintaining Caliber Certification with 3rd party Verifacts. Essential Job Duties:Mentor repair technicians, estimators and management to ensure the Caliber standard of quality, which corresponds with the OEM specifications.Use 3rd party Verifacts software to file report regarding accurate completion of repair to OE standardsFollow up with center teammates regarding repairs in-person or through conference callsReview reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability and successful management of Parts, Center Systems/Processes, Equipment and Training verificationRecommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviewsTrain ICAR courses to support local/regional needsPartner with, build alliances, and perform liaison activities with executive team and field leadershipComplete facility inspections as assigned and submitting reports using Verifacts softwareTake and submitting photos of shop and tools, equipment, materialsRecommend repair or preplacement of tools, equipment, and materials as necessaryRecommend training on tools and equipmentReview reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability and successful management of Parts, Center Systems/Processes, Equipment and Training verificationMaintain a reporting structure that readily monitors performance indicators and Certification eligibilityCreate actionable plans to improve processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables.Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of center objectives.Optimization of center performance across the company to achieve the best functional, center production and technical value.Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success.Skills/RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policyMaintain or acquire ICAR Trainer certification5 plus years' experience either as a collision repair tech and/or insurance estimator or adjusterASE, I-CAR and/or other industry certifications preferred (Pro-Level 3)Working knowledge of CCC One, Estimating Systems and ExcelSignificant daily travel in order to visit any center throughout the company Maintain a minimum standard of continuing education annually to stay abreast of industry and coaching best practices.Represent Caliber with integrity and professionalismAbility to effectively communicate with others, verbal and writtenAbility to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work ordersOrganization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and ability to adapt easily to changing, fast-paced environmentsAbility to understand workflows and have the ability to navigate and submit reports using an iPadTraining or teaching experience preferredPersonable, friendly demeanor with "World Class" customer service approach with internal and external customersWell groomed, professional appearance
