Program Manage HP's Printer resilient supply chain across disciplines: all supply chain functions, government relations, R&D, corporate strategy, finance, marketing Provide clarity of action in critical strategic decisions and develop solutions for a resilient supply chain. Provide leadership in a community for developing and diffusing best practices in supply chain resilience and transformation. Develop stunning presentations for senior executives to simplify understanding, drive choice points, and gain buy in for new strategic directions Present business cases to EXEC2-level and above audiences. Independently structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies by applying advanced, in- depth supply chain and industry knowledge. Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives. Leads large, cross- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance. Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution. Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities. Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital. Knowledge and Skills
Exceptional knowledge of HP's Printer supply chain Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex program objectives Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence. Superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills. Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently. Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting. Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team- building, conflict resolution, and management. Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies. Education and Experience Required
Typically 8-12 years total experience. Often 4-7 years post- advanced degree experience leading projects, deals, and company improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, or supply chain strategic initiatives. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent. The base pay range for this role is
$102,500 to $157,850 annually
with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
