: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week,

Requirements:WI or Compact license2 years experienceCurrent Home Health ExperienceOasis experienceAHA BLSEpic Charting experience within the past yearsOASIS Cert a plusOther:
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 1:1 patient ratio; adults 18yrs and older, chronic disease management including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Cancer, CVA, wound care, IV administration; Would carry a caseload of patients and perform all OASIS time pointsCovid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption appliesWill be required to float to units and facilities based on censusEpic Travel Staffing:
