The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of heart failure. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Heart Failure.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students and residents as well as training cardiovascular fellows.

Clinical responsibilities may include care of patients in an outpatient setting as well as inpatient consultations at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and affiliated satellite offices.

Applicants must have subspecialty training and documented skills in all aspects of treatment of heart failure. Training in VAD and Pulmonary Hypertension is a plus.
