JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Pharmacist Drug Policy Program - 33678 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Day shift. Monday - Friday, eight hours shifts between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Policy Program to address: * Drug shortage management, including leading weekly drug shortage meetings, coordinating mitigation plans with clinical teams, implementing mitigation plans, and coordinating recovery. * Drug budget management, including coordinating and implementing cost savings targets based on available contracts, monitoring utilization, and forecasting spend and utilization. * Formulary management. * Develop, implement, and maintain clinical practice guidelines, drug use policies, and delegation protocols.
