JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Pharmacist Drug Policy Program - 33678 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Day shift. Monday - Friday, eight hours shifts between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Drug Policy Program to address: * Drug shortage management, including leading weekly drug shortage meetings, coordinating mitigation plans with clinical teams, implementing mitigation plans, and coordinating recovery. * Drug budget management, including coordinating and implementing cost savings targets based on available contracts, monitoring utilization, and forecasting spend and utilization. * Formulary management. * Develop, implement, and maintain clinical practice guidelines, drug use policies, and delegation protocols. Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Preferred - Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Work Experience : Minimum - One year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Preferred - Three years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Certifications : Minimum - Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin or must obtain within 90 days of hire date.
