Monthly Close:
Manage and oversee the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly financial statements, balance sheet accounting, and operational revenue reports.Accounts Payable:
Oversee the accounts payable function.Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.Partnership with Directors:
Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth. Regular monthly meetings are expected.Revenue-Generating Mindset:
Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Certification:
CPA is mandatory.Experience:
Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.Expertise in multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.

Great Plains DynamicsSalesforceNextGen
Compensation
Base Salary:
$150,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).Bonus:
Potential bonus of $20k to $40k of the base salary.Benefits:
