Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of management and administration experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, CFA certification
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting, Economics, or other related field
Experience in end-to-end strategic planning and financial forecasting at large financial services institutions, consulting or investment banking preferred
Job Summary
As a Senior Director of Finance, you'll be well versed in multiple areas of the business which will allow you to synthesize data at an organizational level. You'll coordinate with other business areas including technology, product strategy, legal, Pulse, etc. You'll take the lead on creating presentations for senior leadership and for Board of Director meetings. Lastly, you'll direct the work of other team members. We expect you to have:
Extensive expertise in financial modeling, scenario generation and quantitative analysis
Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
Extensive experience in end-to-end strategic planning
Extensive experience in understanding industry, economic, financial and market trends to forecast the organization's short-, medium- and long-term financial and competitive position
Work with senior leadership to implement the strategic plan for their team. Embody the RKT culture, vision and overall direction within their business area
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to build, develop and lead teams
Responsibilities
Communicate and embody the culture, vision and overall direction within their business area
Lead, guide and evaluate the work of their team while driving business results
Work with senior leadership to implement the strategic plan for their team
Review, assess and prioritize business investments
Perform business case development, valuation analysis and financial modeling
Carry out long-range strategic planning
Support business development and M&A activity
Identify and support the implementation of initiatives
