Branch Manager
to oversee all aspects of their Jamesburg location. As the face of the company in the community, the Branch Manager will lead the team to success, manage operations, and drive profitability while upholding the company's mission and values.
What You'll Get to Do:
Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring profitability and efficiencyDrive the team to achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue goalsManage branch P&L, inventory accuracy, and staffing levelsLead, coach, and develop branch personnel to reflect company standards and customer service excellenceEngage with customers, resolve escalated requests, and ensure a positive customer experienceOptimize the branch display area and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildingImplement new procedures and policies to improve branch operationsCollaborate with Corporate Human Resources on regional recruiting and staffing strategiesConduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews, fostering a positive and results-driven cultureWhat You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration or related field3-5 years of strong management experience in sales, warehouse, or inventory managementProven track record in recruiting, coaching, training, and leading teamsAbility to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExcellent communication skills with both clients and internal employeesMinimum 2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesWillingness to learn, adapt, and embrace changeWhat's in it for You:
