Summary
The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between the company and the customer by developing quotations, customer solutions, and documentation for both new and existing customer relationships. Effective in a team-based environment alongside leaders of other functional areas to deliver a consistently positive experience to each customer. Works closely with sales management on attracting, winning, and retaining customers in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
The company is a smaller electronics manufacturer with that is privately held, specializing in a very broad range of markets, providing end-to-end electronics manufacturing services.
ResponsibilitiesProject Planning - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedulesResource Management - Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materialsBudget Management - Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraintsRisk Management - Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycleSupplier & Vendor Management - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, Ensure timely delivery of components and materialsQuality Assurance - Monitor and Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirementsProduction Oversight - Coordinate manufacturing activities, including assembly, testing, and quality controlCross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with various departments including engineering, design, procurement, and logisticsChange Management - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or requirementsDocumentation & Reporting - Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meetings, and technical documentsContinuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gainsRegulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and certificationsConflict Resolution - Foster a collaborative and problem-solving culture throughout customer relationshipsCustomer Communication - Act as main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, Provide regular updates on project status and address customer feedbackTeam Leadership - Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to team membersIndustry Knowledge - Stay informed about advancements in electronics manufacturing technologies and trendsQualifications
3 years of recent experience in Program/Account Management of a related industryBachelor's degree preferredFamiliarity with MRP systemsGood understanding of the electronics manufacturing processAbility to drive positive results with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills
