This is a full-time, FTE 1.0 Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Hours may vary based on department needs. No weekends or holidays.

We are seeking a

Senior Pathology Reporting Specialist - Surgical Pathology

to:Provide daily direction to other staff with regard to workload, workflow, policies, and procedures.Serve as a lead to technical and medicolegal matters, M*Modal administrative edits, Lab Informatics testing/documentation, reference lab testing coordination, and research oversite.Establish objectives and performance standards, devise examination and evaluation tools, and provide other educational support as needed.Coordinate new employee orientation within the department.Oversee workflow in the preparation of diagnostic material for reference lab testing.At UW Health, you will have :

High School Diploma or equivalent RequiredFormal training or equivalent in work experience in medical transcription. PreferredWork Experience

2 years transcription/medical office experience Required
