Employed practices seeking IM or FM trained physiciansCompetitive base salary with 1-2 year guaranteeShared call; phone onlyPractice setup varies: 2 practices have 1 MD and 1 NP, the other has 4 MD's and 6 APPsWeekly Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm (some locations have extended weekend hours)Patient volume: 18-22 per dayJ1 and H1B visa candidates will be consideredBenefits include: sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. The comprehensive benefits package includes paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME time and allowance, 403(b) match and 457(b), as well as health, dental, and various other benefitsCandidates willing to work as faculty are a plus. Candidates will report to the program director; will review, evaluate, advise, and supervise residents as required; be specifically trained in the evaluation/assessment of ACGME competencies; must be an active member in good standing in the department assigned; must be willing to precept medical students, interns, and residents on clinical rotations as the preceptor's schedule permitsLocated 2 hours from the beach, 2-3 hours from the mountains, and 90 minutes from RaleighRegional airport located in town
