Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
to join our client's finance team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning efforts. As the
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis , you will provide valuable insights to senior management and play a crucial role in shaping strategic financial decisions.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who excels at both the technical and strategic aspects of FP&A. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis .Develop and analyze financial models to support business initiatives and investment decisions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing analysis and insights to senior leadership.Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives.Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends as the
Director of Financial Planning and Analysis .Oversee a small team, ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior executives.Proven ability to manage and develop a team as the
