Responsibilities:
Administrative/Financial: Manage deadlines, maintain records, respond to resident complaints, oversee the application process, ensure lease compliance, handle vendor communication, and assist in financial tasks like rent adjustments and report submissions.Leasing and Marketing: Show properties to prospective residents, conduct market surveys, manage advertising accuracy, and promote referral programs.Owner/Resident Relations: Maintain positive relations, enforce policies fairly, and manage move-ins/outs with a focus on customer satisfaction.Personnel Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring operational goals are met.Property Maintenance: Inspect properties, supervise contractors, coordinate maintenance, and implement safety measures.Requirements:
1-3 years in accounts receivable, payable, and customer service within a high-volume environment.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; knowledge of property management software is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Certification (CMCA) from the Community Association Institute (CAI) preferred.High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.Valid driver's license may be required.Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Ability to navigate the property, including stairs.Office environment with standard equipment.Regular property inspections outdoors.Skills:
Strong customer service background.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.Knowledge of policies, procedures, and third-party software.
