Job Title: Facilities Program Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring leased buildings are up to applicable code and works with landlords for repairs.

Responsible for ensuring lease repairs are completed within university procedures.

Works with ARTS leadership to implement desired program improvements are implemented within budgetary limits.

Serves as ARTS liaison with University Fleet and Anschutz Campus facilities staff.

Tracks and implements all vehicle maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in planning, business administration, public administration, facilities management, construction management, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

Four (4) years of professional experience with facilities and infrastructure management including the adherence to licensing, fire/safety, and health and zoning requirements.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with facilities and infrastructure projects related to the delivery of clinical services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution as well as with businesses and community organizations.

Outstanding customer service skills and able to initiate communications and negotiations with outside vendors.

Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.

Ability to exercise discretion (e.g. patient confidentiality).

Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced office environment.

Ability to work as a team member within a collaborative work environment.

Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to use independent judgment and work independently.

Knowledge of building construction/renovation/repair processes.

Basic understanding of procurement processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn software programs.

Conditions of Employment:

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly.

Able to travel to various locations in the Denver Metro area using personal vehicle or University vehicles.

Fingerprinting for FBI and CBI background checks will be required.

ARTS provides substance abuse treatment to Coloradans in need. This position is key to implementing treatment modalities in the best possible environments Addiction Research and Treatment Services (ARTS) is the clinical program of the Division of Substance Dependence, Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine. ARTS has provided outpatient and residential empirically supported substance abuse treatment services in Colorado for over 53 years, with an emphasis on psychosocial and pharmacological treatments for adults and adolescents.
