FP&A Director
will be responsible for all organizational FP&A functions, team management and corporate reporting and analysis.This role will work closely with private equity owners, board of directors and the executive leadership team.Responsibilities of the FP&A DirectorOverseeing all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis functionsDeveloping, mentoring, and managing the FP&A teamCultivating and maintaining strong business partnering relationships at all levelsDesigning and implementing forecast and budget modelsLeading the budget process for the companyReviewing financial and operational results and developing improvement insightsCompleting strategic planning and reports quantitative analysisProviding external reporting support for other finance and non-finance functionsRequirements of the FP&A DirectorBachelor's degree in accounting or finance10+ years FP&A experience, with prior private equity experience preferredSAP experienceA background in manufacturing is essential
