Job Overview :The Clinical Support Supervisor will provide clinical support supervision to Recovery Specialists to enhance both their professional goals and services to the individuals of the Institute for Prevention and Recovery serves.Qualifications :Required :At least one of the following is required: LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Advanced Practice NurseMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experienceApplicant will be required to complete the NJPN Peer Supervision Training within 6 months of hire dateDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development/training, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing biasCertifications and Licenses Required :At least one of the following is required: LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Advanced Practice NurseScheduling Requirements :Shift working, up to 16 hours a monthPer DiemEssential Functions :Offer both individual and group supervision as per guidelines set forth by NAADAC and state entities, which include but not limited to:

The Code of Ethics NAADAC and Core Competencies SAMHSAProfessional goalsSelf-care practices/compassion fatigue awarenessEnhancing Peer Support work and strengthening skillsBoundariesIdentifying role difference, role drift and scope of peer workTeamwork skills

Understand and practice Peer Supervision Competencies related to:

Recovery-Oriented PhilosophyProviding Education & TrainingFacilitating Quality SupervisionPerforming Administrative Duties
