For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Social Workers!Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Social Worker position. Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is required
Position Summary
Clinical duties shall be directed toward the achievement of excellence in client care and will include:conducting and documenting individual and family psychosocial assessments;documenting the findings of evaluations and progress in clients' medical record;conducting and documenting family and/or couples treatment of clients and their families;maintaining contact with community resources for after care and providing comprehensive discharge planning services.All services will be provided in a manner and language appropriate to the age and comprehensive level of the clients and their families.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work/Clinical Counseling from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work/Counselor Education required.License/Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW-CC (Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) required. State license to practice as a LADC and CADC as needed. Valid Driver's license if required for role.Experience:
Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
