NovaCare is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist
At NovaCare Rehabiltation every physical therapist's journey becomes a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing patient care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 32-40 hours per week with full benefits. 2 evenings a week until 7pm. 2 early days done by 1pm.
Compensation: Salary range is $78k-$95K/yr based on your experience.
Unique Location/Job Details: Our West Allentown outpatient orthopedic center sees 9-10 patients per day. Offers a diverse patient mix including, Sports Medicine and Vestibular/Post-Concussion. Multiple therapist center that will provide mentorship for a new grad

Responsibilities
Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
