Duties Include:
Hospital coverage, including Interventional Radiology (IR) needs and stroke CTsIR Procedures: Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Nephrostomy tubes, Intra-abdominal abscess drainage, Chest tubes, Suprapubic cathetersCT/US-guided biopsies (Thyroid, Lung, etc.)Barium studies and lumbar punctures

Board Certification/Eligibility:
Required in RadiologyRequired Certifications:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)BLS (Basic Life Support)DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration registration)

Procedural Skills:
Expertise in Interventional Radiology procedures, including stroke CTs and other emergency department and ICU imaging studiesEMR System:
Experience with Cerner preferred
