Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-FLength:
13 weeks
Requirements:MD is part of the PT compact privilege states1 year experienceCurrent and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the CompanyBCLS2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferredSuccessful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
