What you'll do as the Chief Financial Officer:
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expensesDevelop and report on financial performance measures that support the company's strategic directionPrepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use in strategic business planning; coordinate the annual planning with the Senior Leadership TeamConduct financial analyses to support the companies' operations and operational decision makingManage company cash flow and oversee cash planning ensuring adequate availability of working capital to achieve strategic goalsOversee all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, financial and costing functions, cash management and auditProvide the status of the organizations' financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting on key financial metrics and regularly reporting to senior management and the boardOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation and reporting to senior management, the board and external stakeholdersCalculate service fees, analyzes trends, costs, revenues, commitments and obligations incurred with customers to predict future revenue and expenses
What you'll bring to the Chief Financial Officer role:
Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field10+ years of experience in a Senior Finance positionStrong knowledge in financial forecasting, accounting principles and financial data analysis.Clear understanding of GAAPFamiliarity with current finance and accounting related laws and regulationsProficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting methodsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software including ERP systemsExcellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiationAbility to drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, HR, IT and Operational TeamsExtensive experience in the financial sector with a strong financial vision and insight
