General Summary
Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in an internal medicine practice setting.
WellSpan Health is seeking a board eligible/ board certified internal medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Chambersburg, PA. Elevate your career while enjoying the best of both professional and personal worlds.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 3 providers and a strong support staff at our well known practice
Patient population consists of a combination of older and geriatric individuals, while the more recently acquired patients tend to be younger in age.
Office hours are 8am - 5pm; great for work/ home balance
We have 2 locations: Chambersburg and Fayetteville, PA. Lab in Chambersburg
Nursing home coverage is rotated and minimal
Epic EMR utilized at all WellSpan locations

Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and
Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Administrative skills.
