Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) for a position in Terre Haute, Indiana.Requirements for a Physical Therapist (PT):Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. The program must be accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of IndianaCPR Certified or willing to get CertifiedPrevious experience in home health or in a health care setting is recommendedResponsibilities for a Physical Therapist (PT):Follow receipt of a doctor's referral, the therapist is responsible for evaluating the patient within 24 hours of the written referralTherapist is responsible for planning, administering and supervising the PTA in an appropriate treatment planWill maintain an accurate daily record of treatments given to patientsWill provide in-service education to facilities, supportive staff, students and communityWe are looking for positive, energetic individuals that are going to provide excellent patient care!Job Type: Full time* Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or have a Medical or Religious Exemption to be employed by Indiana Fitness Works.*FULL TIME employees may be eligible for benefits.
