RequiredEducation: Master s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Other skills/knowledge:Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served.Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.Analytical ability to administer and evaluate standardized speech/language tests, conduct swallowing evaluations, evaluate patients capabilities, develop treatment plans and monitor patients progress.Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner.

Licensure/Certifications:Respective state license and clinical certification, Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC), by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), unless completing Clinical Fellowship Year.CPR: American Heart BLSValid state driver s license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract.
