Job Summary:
This Family Medicine physician will specialize in caring for Executive Health and Occupational Medicine patients. The physician would practice full time in a specialty created suite called the Center for Corporate & Executive Health Suite at The Kelsey-Seybold Woodlands Clinic location. Our new physician would perform Executive Health Assessments, Premier Prevention Exams and Occupational Health Services Exam, such as Pre-placement Examinations, Foreign Travel Clearance Examinations and other industry specific Clearance Exams. The physician would serve as a Primary Care Provider for Executive Health and Premier Prevention patients for ongoing comprehensive continuous care.
The Executive Health Physician coordinates care with specialty physicians and other members of a patient's care team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other assignments, projects and duties may be required:
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8a – 4p to include new patients as well as corporate physicals.
Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group. On-Call for the group is about once per month, either on the weekday or weekend day. The weekend day is shared with another physician. Call consists of answering phone calls from patients of physicians in the call group.
