Critical core roles and responsibilities for a Fulfillment Coordinator for Wholesale accounts: Order Processing and Management:

Ensure all wholesale orders are processed accurately and promptly. Monitor order statuses and ensure timely fulfillment. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to address any order issues or discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, including bin locations. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are accurate. Organize and manage inventory to optimize space and efficiency.

Packing and Shipping:

Follow packing criteria and standards to avoid chargebacks from accounts. Ensure all orders are packed securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Compliance and Quality Control:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and shipping. Conduct quality checks on products before packing and shipping. Ensure all documentation and labeling meet the requirements of wholesale accounts.

Coordination and Communication:

Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Provide updates and reports on order statuses and fulfillment metrics.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems. Handle customer inquiries related to order fulfillment and shipping.

Deadline Management:

Ensure all orders are fulfilled within the specified deadlines. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet order deadlines. Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment efficiency and timeliness.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all fulfilled orders. Prepare and submit regular reports on fulfillment activities and performance. Document any issues or discrepancies and report them to the relevant parties.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes and procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fulfillment operations.

Requirements
