Salary: $22-$25/ HR+ Per Diem
Travel: Heavy travel position, 180+ days per year, up to 90 days at a time
Position Summary:We are seeking a Restoration Project Supervisor for our Large Loss Division. This role involves leading a team in fire, mold, and water restoration and cleanup projects. Responsibilities include paperwork, job assignments, hazard recognition, and communication. This is a labor-intensive but rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up work areas with all necessary supplies and equipment- Inspect and document work area hazards, communicate them to employees- Photo document job progress and manage project tasks- Perform content inventory, moisture mapping, and monitoring- Extract water from flooded structures and remove damaged materials- Engage in fire, mold, and water restoration and cleanup efforts
Requirements:- Excellent customer communication skills- Ability to manage temporary laborers and complete simple calculations and paperwork- Dependable, reliable, and flexible- Ability to pass drug testing and a criminal background check- On-call 24x7- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive- Valid State Driver's License (prefer ability to drive vehicle with GW of 10,001 pounds)- Ability to pass DOT physical and follow DOT regulations- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training and IICRC Certification (or ability to obtain)- Forklift and other lift equipment certification preferred
Experience:- Experience as a Restoration Technician (Restoration Tech) is a plus
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
